The service
obradero lets you build an evidence-grounded professional profile, publish it, share it selectively, and let visitors and employers ask AI-generated questions answered only from evidence you approved. Employer accounts can create postings, review applications, and invite matched candidates. The service is in beta: features change, and availability is not guaranteed.
Your account
You need a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in links private. One person per account; you must be at least 16.
Your content
Everything you add — profile text, experiences, projects, artifacts, claims — remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store it, process it (including AI processing to propose structure and answer questions), and display it according to the visibility you chose. Nothing becomes publicly visible unless you publish it, and claims never appear or ground answers without your explicit approval.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity or work, post content you have no right to share, attempt to access other users' private data, scrape the service, probe its AI for prohibited output, or use it to harass anyone. Employer accounts must post only real openings and must not use answers to discriminate on protected characteristics. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules (you will be told why and can appeal by contacting us).
AI-generated content
Answers on profile and application pages are generated by AI from approved evidence and are labeled as such. They can be wrong or incomplete; cited sources are the authority. We do not use your private content to train AI models.
Agents
Candidates may issue consent keys that let software agents act for them (for example, submitting applications). Everything an agent does with your key is attributed to you, is auditable by you, and can be revoked instantly.
Termination and data
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from the dashboard; deletion is immediate and removes your profile, evidence, uploads, and derived data. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice and reason.
Liability
The service is provided as-is during beta, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We version these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and require fresh acceptance; the version and date at the top are authoritative.
